To email a sales invoice, click on “Sold It”.
Then click the “View List” button, to view a list of your sales invoices.
On the invoice you want to email, click the “Email” symbol under “Actions”.
When you click the “Email” symbol, it will bring up a pop up box, where you can add the email address of who you want to send the invoice to, a subject and message, details of the customer the invoice is being sent to, your bank account information for the customer to make a payment to, and you can also add a note if you want to.
Once you have entered all the information to your invoice, just click “Send”.
